Ministar S
Compact pressure thermoforming, in record time.
Ministar S is a pressure thermoforming unit with scanning technology. The scanner reads the code on the foil and automatically programs the heating time, temperature and cooling time. The fast, patented heater and 4.0 bar working pressure can adapt any foil thickness.

How to work with Ministar S
Five steps, from fixing the model to removing the thermoformed piece.
Place the model on the platform or embed it in pellets, and secure the material with the locking ring.
The material parameters are registered by the scanning technology.

Once the heating time is over, place the pressure chamber over the model and close the locking handle.
After the cooling time, open the pressure chamber: release the locking handle, push the clamping ring to the left and open the chamber.
Programming by barcode scanning
Temperature and heating and cooling times are programmed directly from the barcode printed on every Scheu Dental foil. Programming errors or choosing the wrong material can be avoided completely, and all working parameters are shown on the screen.
The function does not restrict the use of other foils: foil manufacturers provide the recommended codes for Scheu Dental equipment.

Biostar
A versatile pressure unit, for all dental and orthodontic applications.
The thermostatically controlled infrared heater reaches working temperature in one second and heats the side of the material facing the model, with a surface temperature up to 60°C higher. Together with the 6 bar working pressure, it ensures precise thermoforming, from the thinnest materials up to 5 mm thick.

Each aligner is formed in its own pressure chamber at 4 bar, for a capacity of up to 120 aligners per hour. Accepts SCHEU-DENTAL round foils 120–125 mm in diameter and 499 × 114 mm rectangular strips, available exclusively from SCHEU-DENTAL, for quadruple use.
