Prices and valued added tax (VAT)  
  • All orders are shipped from our central logistic center in Bucharest, Romania
  • Invoices are always issued by UPORTHO STORE SRL in EURO and with local Romanian VAT ( 19%).
  • Order deliveries within the European Union are always duty-free. There are therefore no import duties or fees.


What are the delivery costs?
  •  EU: free shipping (with DPD or UPS) for orders over 200 euro to Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece, Poland and Slovacia. Otherwise only 19,90 euros for packaging & shipping.  
     *Eventually higher shipping costs for exceptionally heavy good or volumes. 
  • International (Non-EU): the shipping costs vary depending on the country and weight of the goods.


What is the delivery time?
  • Average delivery time : within 2-3 working days. Sometimes, deliveries can take until 5 working days depending on the delivery country.
  • If an article is out of stock when the order is placed and has to be delivered afterwards, UpOrtho will not carry all additional shipping costs for these partial deliveries.
  • For extremely urgent orders, please enquire the delivery time by contacting us before placing your order.


Which are the payments methods?
  • Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express): Your card will be charged with the total amount incl. value added tax (VAT)  directly at the time of purchase in the shop using Stripe, a world leading platform in ecommerce payments.
  • If an article is out of stock when the order is placed and has to be delivered afterwards, UpOrtho will NOT carry all additional shipping costs for these partial deliveries.
  • For extremely urgent orders, please enquire the delivery time by contacting us before placing your order.


What is the return policy?
  • Customers who want to exercise their right of withdrawal will have to pay the return costs in those cases when the delivered goods correspond with the ordered goods and when the value of the returned goods does not overcome the amount of 40 €.
  • For all other cases such as wrong delivery or damaged goods the return process is free of charges.
