OSSTEM Orthodontics delivers a debonding protocol to debond MAJESTY Ceramic brackets without tooth damage and pain.
We recommend using the Majesty debonding plier for best fit.
Please follow debonding guide described below:
- Position the tip of the debonding pliers at the base of the corner instead of grabbing the bracket by the wings, to reduce the risk of fracture and patient discomfort.
- Before gripping the bracket, remove any residual composite from the bracket corner to significantly reduce the risk of fracture.
- We do not recommend twisting the pliers mesio-distally. This will reduce patient discomfort and the bracket fracture rate.
